Online Network Address Book (NAB) Contacts Phonebook
From our integrated phone book, you can set up a database of names and mobile phone numbers to access and edit on line. The database resides behind a highly secure firewall. The online phone book can be used to arrange contacts into groups. Groups ensure that only targeted users receive messages. Existing databases (e.g. in MS Excel) of mobile phone numbers and personalized messages can be uploaded to the groups created on your BulkSMS account.
Message History & Status Reports
Use your Message History to find out to whom, when and how many messages you have sent and what their current status is. You can also view what messages you have scheduled to send later.

Message Scheduling Options
Never miss your friend's birthday or your anniversary date again. Have you ever needed to send an SMS to an individual or group from your account at a particular time, but knew that you would not have access to a PC or the Internet at that time? Your only option was to send the SMS out earlier or later than you had wanted to. No longer! With scheduled messaging you can set messages to go out from minutes into the future to days, to weeks and even years into the future. You may also set the messages to be sent automatically at regular intervals.
Batch Messages Text File Uploads
This feature allows you to send individual (or separate) message to multiple persons with one click via a text file upload. Prior to sending you will need to create a Text (Tab delimited) File that contains each cellular number and the unique message.
Low Credit Notification
Never run out of credit! Set your Low Credit Level on your user profile and receive email alerts when your credits drop below this level. This feature is particularly useful for clients who use our HTTP and SMPP APIs.

View the replies you receive to an SMS in your inbox. You may also download your messages for local storage.

Manage invoices that have been issued to you for purchases that you have made. This feature allows you to view and print invoices for credit card purchases you have made.
Customisable/Dynamic Sender Id
You can set who the SMS is from, to either a cell number or up to 11 alphanumeric characters (e.g. BulkSMSLtd). This feature is available on most routes.
TAG LINE Discounts
We provide users with an option of appending their messages with our tagline www.bulksmsservices.com. This is called a 'Tag-line discount'. You can tick this option on the 'Compose Message' page. This option gives you ONE credit back for every NINE messages that you send. Tag-line discounts are subject to the availability of advertisers.
